2. Return Conditions

Returned products should be:

• unused;
• undamaged;
• complete with all components;
• in their original packaging where possible;
• free from signs of use or installation.

The applicable return period and conditions are determined in accordance with Georgian law and the specific characteristics of the product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and your order information.

AKS International will review the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Products That May Be Excluded From Return

Returns may be restricted for products that:

• are made according to the customer’s individual order;
• are manufactured or cut to specific customer dimensions;
• have been modified or processed at the customer’s request;
• have been used or installed;
• have been damaged by the customer.

These restrictions do not apply where the product is defective or does not correspond to the order and applicable law provides the customer with other rights.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the funds will normally be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The time required for the funds to reach the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.

6. Delivery and Return Costs

Costs related to returning or exchanging a product will be determined based on the reason for the return and applicable law.

7. B2B Orders

Return and exchange conditions for products purchased by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs or other business customers may differ and may be governed by the relevant contract, commercial terms and applicable law.
